Location
The Summit will be held at the Pyle Center on the UW-Madison campus in Madison, Wisconsin (map and directions). You can view the Pyle Center floor map here.

There are always many events taking place in Madison on any give day. If you are traveling, we can not stress enough, do not wait to make your hotel reservation. Please note that reservations must be made by March 10, 2019 to ensure room block rates. Reference 4W Summit room block when making your reservations.

$115 (standard rooms) and $124 (deluxe rooms). Our room rates now covers both single & double occupancy.

On-site parking is just $10 a day for overnight guests.

Parking is available on a first come first service basis at the Lake Street parking ramp about two blocks from the Pyle Center.

Conference childcare
While we are not able to offer childcare, we will provide family space at the conference.
