CONFERENCE HOTELS
There are many events taking place in Madison on any give day, so much so this year that we were not able to secure lodging downtown. If you are traveling, we can not stress enough, do not wait to make your hotel reservation. Please note that reservations must be made by March 24, 2017 to ensure room block rates.

Bus/Taxi/Parking
Shuttle
We are working on arranging a shuttle from the Radisson.
Madison Metro Bus
Cost of the bus in Madison is $2.00 cash.
Catch bus #73 (weekdays) or #63 (weekends) at the #6223 bus stop on Odana Road. Both will take you to the West Transfer Point where you can catch the #6 which will take you downtown. Get off at the State & N Lake stop. There is a one block walk from this bus stop. Downside, there is a 30 minute wait between buses at the transfer point.

Madison has several licensed taxi firms to choose from. Estimated cost without tip is around $20.

Ride Share
We are working on arranging a rideshare board for students and others who wish to share rides to the conference and for those looking to commute back and forth from the hotel.
Parking
Parking is available on a first come first service basis at the Lake Street parking ramp about two blocks from the Pyle Center.
