WGSC Spring Meeting RSVP

Below is the official request for your meeting reservation. We are saving a room for you and want to confirm your hotel reservations are correct and that we have your food preferences. You may bring a colleague, especially someone who may serve in leadership of your program in the future. If you are unable to come, please send someone to represent your program.

- Wednesday, April 15th (WGSC pays if you are 2 hours away)
- Thursday, April 16th (WGSC pays)
- I do not need a room
- Friday, April 17 (WGSC pays if 2 hours away)
- Saturday, April 18 (not covered by WGSC)
Note: We have reserved your room through the conference. The WGSC can cover two nights total (Wed/Thurs. or Thurs/Friday if you are more than two hours away). Please select the room combination and let us know if you'd like the extra night(s) released.

On the evening of Thursday, April 16, I am encouraging the WGSC board to attend Helen Klebesadel's art opening at the Holy Wisdom Monastery. The first conference keynote ends at 6:15pm, and we can then head over as a group. We can arrange carpool options for those who need it!*
