Frances Chang Andreu

Frances Chang Andreu (Fran Chang) is a comic and zine-maker, and a librarian at the Rochester Institute of Technology, in Rochester, New York. In addition to creating and self-publishing her own comics and comic anthologies, she has also lead zine workshops for the RIT community. She is also a co-founder and organizer of the Rochester Indie Comics Expo (RICE), now in its third year, an event dedicated to encouraging and platforming independent creators and developing the local comics scene.
