2027 Call For Vendors
The Call For Vendors is now open for the 2027 WGSC Conference. This event will take place April 8-9, 2027, at the Memorial Union at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Each year, the conference attracts students, faculty, and staff engaged in Gender and Women’s Studies scholarship and community engagement from across the state and beyond. The vendor room serves as an important networking space and opportunity to support small, independent artists, crafters, and other businesses.
Vendors can participate on Thursday or Friday (or both days). This year, we have lowered daily costs and can offer some additional sliding scale pricing as needed. Vendors can also attend all conference events for free, including lunch.
Reach out to Stephanie Rytilahti (srrytilahti@wisc.edu) with questions. Feel free to share with others in your networks. The deadline to apply is March 1, 2027.
