Samantha Starks, (she/they) is a graduating senior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison majoring in Gender and Women’s Studies and Economics with a Mathematical Emphasis, with a certificate in Studio Art. Sam has led numerous events in the fashion and art communities, including Formless: An Artivism Event, where she was a founder. She also currently works at the Social Justice Hub as an Events Intern. After graduation, she is looking forward to applying to graduate programs to continue her thesis research focusing on the intersection between design studies, culture studies and business.
